When Kyle said the B word...

Ok, so here I go for the first time...

It all started around 2 years ago when I became absolutely obsessed with reading blogs. My sister, Kelli, was the first to jump on the blogging bandwagon and I absolutely loved getting to stay caught up on the daily activities of my nephews, Canon and Ledger. Being able to see pictures, videos and read stories of things they have done has made being miles apart much easier.
Now, on to how this blog came about (I'm still in shock by the way)....Kyle has always thought I was absolutely crazy for wanting to read blogs about people I don't know and will never know. I mean it is a little strange, but I find it fascinating to read of other people's lives in their day-to-day activities. Don't ask me why I think its entertaining to read of mom's out there talking about how they chase their children around, cook new recipes, go on play dates, do loads and loads of laundry and never feel caught up, and complain about cleaning every single day. See not that cool, but I'm addicted.

It was just last week when Kyle said the B word (blog) when he said he came across a blog from facebook and said I should check it out. I didn't really say much at first, but in my head I was thinking.... IS HE SICK? He is reading a blog! I read the blog and could see why he found it interesting and motivating to start our own. Even though I enjoy reading blogs I was a little hesitant at first to start our own because like he said in the previous post we (mainly me) aren't that creative. It is a challenge we are both up for and I couldn't be happier to document all of our exciting adventures together!


By the way, hopefully after one week the shock factor of Kyle wanting to start a blog will be worn off...
