Well, we have been engaged two months now and I wanted to give an update of where we are in the planning process. It may not seem like much, but I do feel we are on our way with things getting done considering my busy schedule with class and work. I never realized just how much goes into a wedding, but I'm looking forward to continue marking through my list of things to get done before the big day! I'm a list making freak... :)
Hopefully next month the list will double or even triple, but here is what we have so far:
1. The date is June 18, 2011.
2. The wedding site is booked. It is at Theta Pond on the OSU campus in Stillwater, OK.
3. The reception site is booked. It is at the O'Club in Gallagher Iba Arena overlooking Boone Picken's Stadium.
4. I have my beautiful dress!
5. Bridal Party has been asked.
6. Rehearsal Dinner site booked.
7. OSU Garter bought.
8. Minister lined up. (My brother-in-law, Lane Moss)
Things in the works...
DJ, Photographer, Reception Food, Flowers, Cake, Wedding Site Chairs, Bridesmaid/Flower Girl Dresses. Hopefully these things will be on next months list!
There is a lot more to do, but I'm happy that we are on our way to the happiest day of my life!
