As I have started my career the thought of motivation has been on my mind. I think the best way to relate to someone is to figure out what drives them and make a connection. As I have learned over the years connecting with people is a great skill to have. Not only is it great to figure out what drives other people, but it is equally, if not more, important to learn what drives yourself.

OSU Football & The Purpose Driven Life
FOOTBALL SEASON IS FINALLY HERE. After months of watching meaningless baseball, Nascar, and the Lebron James mockery it is finally time for the third most exciting time of the year (1. March Madness, 2. Bowl season where football and basketball over lap for nearly a month). Anyway, this one is different because America has been in a sporting drought for months. Last night I had a great draft last night for the fantasy football league that some close high school friends and I are involved in every year. Before that I have a four hour drive back from Stillwater with a fellow OSU Alumni, and good friend, where all we did was discuss football.
(If you read the title and are disappointed as to where this is headed please hang on, I am about to get to the point.)
