Only a month late...Christmas!

I don't know what my problem is lately, but it is very hard for me to get motivated to blog. Maybe it's because Kyle says he is done with it and it overwhelms me to think its all on me to keep up with it. Hopefully he will jump back on board, but I'm happy he did it for as long as he did. This blog is a great tool to document our travels, relationship, family, and all other activities in between. If you would like him to continue writing leave a comment in the box so we can try and get him to keep going! :)

Christmas day this year started out with Canon and Ledger opening their presents from Santa. It was really fun this year because they both enjoyed opening presents....and everyone else's. After, they finished we enjoyed a great breakfast consisting of sausage casserole, cinnamon rolls, and fruit! Mmmm!

Every year my mom does such a good job of making Christmas morning really fun. It may be a little weird to most....including me, but it is definitely memorable to all of us. This year we played a game of Let's Make a Deal. My sister's in-laws were in on the secret and helped my mom make it as fun as possible. We all received great presents from the game including: a smoothie maker, Ann Taylor Loft outfit, a grill, carry on piece of luggage, and a flat screen TV. Opening presents from my mom and Santa only took us 3 hours. Ha. We like to take our time, but my mom went a little overboard this year. We were definitely very satisfied with our gifts and thankful for my mom's hard work!

After enjoying our presents we had a great lunch and enjoyed relaxing the rest of the afternoon with the family. It was a great Christmas and we topped it off with seeing the movie How Do You Know!
